If sampling the wares of artisan food producers, watching chef demos, cheering on ‘men vs food’ challenges and learning the tricks of the trade from the Bake-Off stars sounds like your idea of heaven, we have just the event for you: The Great British Food Festival returns this summer, popping up in various grand locations including Chiswick House & Gardens (12 – 14 July).

As well as enjoying all the perks of a typical summer festival – live music, street entertainment and lawn games among them – guests can fully indulge in their love of gastronomy, even taking part in the likes of gin-offs, cheese-offs and cake-offs. Want to show off your skills in the kitchen? Step onto the interactive stage where you can rub shoulders with the Bake-Off stars, helping them bake their delectable delights.



Day sessions run from 10:30AM – 5PM and include plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained: from kids’ cookery classes to face-painting. Evening sessions run from 5PM – 9PM and are a chance to kick back with live music, quirky cocktails and plenty of exciting cuisine.
