OnBlackheath Festival
Bring summer to a close with OnBlackheath Festival headlined by Squeeze and Paloma Faith
The summer's not over yet. Celebrate the music, the heatwaves and the long summer of 2018 with one, last fabulous party. ONBlackheath returns to the capital for a two-day music and food extravaganza headlined by Squeeze and Paloma Faith.
South London's Squeeze and Platinum-selling British artist Paloma Faith lead a musical line-up that includes Billy Bragg, The Divine Comedy, Corinne Bailey Rae, Lightning Seeds, De La Soul, Craig Charles Funk and Soul and Huey Morgan, among others.
On stage three, Gordon Mac – the founder of Kiss FM and the man behind Mi-Soul Radio – is putting together a line-up that includes Jumping Jack Frost, Paul Trouble Anderson, Ronnie Herel, Terry Jones, Brandon Block, Matt White and Bob Masters, with MCs Shaq D and Craig Williams presiding. It will also be home to Soulhouse Music Review featuring, among others, Michelle John, Vanessa Freeman and Hill Street Soul.
Last but not least, London’s only non-stop music venue, The Piano Works, will be on Stage Four at ONBlackheath – so keep those requests coming. And expect to find plenty of aromatic street food and family entertainment throughout the festival.
So book quick to see Squeeze, the band who wow-ed on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury in 2016, and of course the proud owner of No 1 album The Architect', Paloma Faith – and see our glorious summer out with a bang.
