The British Fashion Awards: British Style Award 2014 nominees announced

The biggest fashion event in London is sweeping into town soon, promising to bring with it a blinding amount of glitz and glamour. On December 1st, the cream of the fashion industry will gather at the London Coliseum to celebrate the achievements of the past year. 
A taster of what is to come, today the nominees for the much coveted prize, the British Style Award 2014, were announced. This year nominees include Amal Clooney, Benedict Cumberbatch, Cara Delevingne, Daniel Sturridge, Kate Bush and Ralph Fiennes. The prestigious award will go to the individual that ‘most embodies the spirit of British fashion and is an international ambassador for London as a leading creative fashion capital.’ Voting is open to the public and everyone that votes will be entered into a ballot to win tickets to the awards. Those that would prefer not to leave tickets to fate can head over to the website where Gold tickets are still available.
Other categories include best newcomer for both men's and womenswear as well as best creative campaign. The British Fashion Awards was established in 1984 and attracts leading industry figures and celebrities each year. Last year saw Harry Styles leave with the British Style Award, here's hoping we've become more discerning public....
