The Foodies Festival 2015
From the 3rd to the 5th of July, the extensive grounds of London Alexandra Palace will be fit to burst with foodie delights, in the largest of food festivals in the UK: the Foodies Festival 2015– a massive celebration of all things edible.
A London for Foodies: Festival Chefs
The star attraction will be cooking demonstrations by chefs from some of London’s best restaurants; the Foodie Festival will welcome Rakesh Ravindran Nair from The Cinnamon Club and Maria Tampakis from Heddon Street Kitchen, as well as many other leading lights from the city’s culinary world. Of all the food and drink festivals 2015 has to offer, this is sure to be the best.
From MasterChef to masterclass
MasterChef fans will be particularly pleased, with appearances from last year’s winner Ping Coombes, as well as finalists from 2015’s competition Tony Rodd and Emma Spitzer. Chocolate fiends among us will do well to make a beeline for the Chocolate Safari masterclass which will offer a class on how to sniff chocolate ‘like a Rockstar’, but we’re hoping the chocolate won’t just be for sniffing.
London Street Food festival 2015 meets fine dining & World Food
World food enthusiasts will be exceedingly well catered for on Street Food Avenue, the Foodies festival’s bustling centre of global cuisine, where guests can enjoy food from Japan to Brazil and everywhere in between at their Feasting Tent. To wash down these delicacies there will also be a Giant Pimm’s Teapot to dip your cup into, to be enjoyed on the grass to the sounds wafting from the Foodies Festival’s 2015 live music stage.

The event will also be hosting the farmer’s market to end all farmer’s market, with over 200 exhibitors offering the best of the country’s cheeses, wines, baked goods and condiments. If all this isn’t enough to entice, there is also the lure of the BBQ area, and if you’re feeling particularly brave, the Chilli Eating Competition is sure to blow the socks off anybody foolhardy enough to attempt it.
