A new play by Anat Gov opens at the Arcola Theatre this week following the experiences of protagonist Carrie Evans, who has cancer. A renowned theatre star, and not yet 50, she arrives at the London clinic prepared for the treatment but unprepared for the other patients that are on the ward. Their startling experiences give Carrie an unexpected, life-changing insight.
