Chase & Sorensen Summer Collection

Scandinavian design experts Chase & Sorensen launch another batch of lovely homewares in their east London showroom this July. The Hackney design store has been making a name in original 20th century Scandinavian pieces that radically cut out the middle man as each product is handpicked and imported by the Danish/American pair themselves. We love Dane Stine Sorensen and American Brent Chase's eye for cutting-edge and interesting Scandi designs by of-the-moment labels like Royal Copenhagen and Skandihus, as well as their affordable prices. 
Founded back in 2010 on the streets of Bricklane market, Chase & Sorensen set up shop in Hackney in 2011. With a love for Scandinavian design without the worship of expensive labels, Chase & Sorensen is one of our favourite design spots in east London. 
Best of the July collection
The summer collection is all about interesting up and coming brands like FramaCPH, H Skjalm P and Zweed. We recommend looking out for the freestanding teak bar designed by Johannes Anderson for J. Skaaning & Søn, the iconic Falcon chairs by Sigurd Ressel for Vatne Møbler and the fantastically crafted sturdy two-tiered coffee table by Hans Wegner for Andreas Tuck. You'll also want to get your hands on the oak bookcase by Børge Mogensen and sleek dining chairs in teak by Kai Kristiansen.
