The Vaccines new album tour
The Vaccines' upcoming record, Combat Sports, is 'energetic' and 'all about sex and love', according to frontman Justin Young. It's expected to be out on 30 March 2018 and, judging by a preview of their single 'Nightclub', will see them return to form in a boisterous and hook-driven frenzy.

To accompany the album, the London indie rockers have announced a huge show at the capital's legendary Alexandra Palace on 14 April. This will be the second time the outfit will have stormed the Palace which has a 10,000 capacity.

The Vaccines rose to fame when their debut album What Did You Expect from the Vaccines? became an unexpected chart success (2011's best selling debut in the UK), spawning surprisingly radio-friendly hits 'Blow It Up' and 'Post Break-Up Sex' as well as drawing comparisons to premium punk bands The Ramones and The Jesus and Mary Chain.

This much-anticipated upcoming album was promised back in 2016 while the band were still promoting 2015's English Graffiti, which debuted at #2 on the charts.

Tickets have already gone on general sale but there's still time to be part of the hype. What can you expect from the Vaccines? Quite a lot it seems.
