LSO and Yuja Wang: Sibelius Symphony No. 2

Finally, Jean Sibelius’s Second Symphony provides a grand finale: after a lilting pastoral first movement, a somber processional, and a propulsive dance, the work eventually finds a triumphant conclusion with uplifting fanfares.
Known for her astounding virtuosity and captivating interpretations Yuja Wang’s dazzling playing has thrilled critics and audiences alike. She is joined by the London Symphony Orchestra, considered one of the world’s top ensembles and held in high regard for their slick and polished performances.
