But that's exactly what happened to Peter Sellers' 1961 film Mr. Topaze, described by his biographer as a 'lost classic'. Now is your first chance to watch Mr Topaze online full – It was chosen by the British public to be restored to its glory, as part of BFI's Forgotten Features collection.
It's Sellers' directorial debut; a dark comedy about a mild-mannered schoolteacher who metamorphoses into a cut-throat businessman. You can watch Mr Topaze online free via the BFI player from Thursday 28th April. It's your opportunity to seriously buff up your movie knowledge.
