Justice League trailer
And another one! The fifth instalment of the franchise by DC Comics, Justice League has an explosive brand new trailer
Superman is dead and the world is going to hell in a hand basket. What’s a Bat to do?
The first trailer for DC’s hotly anticipated Justice League is dynamite – there are 7 super-explosions in a 20-second shot – but teasingly coy on the big plot points.
Here’s what we know. Newly founded allies Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) and Diana (Gal Gadot) must don their capes and fight a new threat to Earth – and they can’t do it alone. DC fans will finally meet the famous Justice League in the flesh; Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Cyborg (Ray Fisher), and The Flash (Ezra Miller).
We also know that the cast will be swelled by the likes of Amy Adams, Henry Cavill, Jeremy Irons and J. K. Simmons. But, as directors Zack Snyder and Joss Whedon have kept their cards close to their chest, questions still remain.
Is lead villain Steppenwolf being set up as the new franchise villain for the next DC generation? Is Superman truly dead? How does Lois fit in? Will Ezra Miller be playing the painfully awkward comedy kid for the entire movie? Mysteries, all.
Wonder Woman’s unbridled successes in the box office may mark a new age for Warner Bros. Here’s hoping Justice League can live up to the hype.
