Film4 Summer Screen 2019, Somerset House

This year's Film4 Summer Screen series runs between 8 and 21 August, and the full programme has now been confirmed for the programme of outdoor screenings in the Somerset House courtyard.

The year also marks Somerset House's 200th outdoor screening, and audiences can for the first time choose and enhance their seating – adding to the experience with cosy bean bags as well as novelty director's chairs.

The eclectic programme boasts major awards favourites including Marvel's Black Panther and tender romance God's Own Country, as well as older cult classics – bask in the hazy glory of Richard Linklater's charming love stories Before Sunrise and Before Sunset, the irreplaceable comedy The Princess Bride, as well as taking a trip to UK of yesteryear with Shane Meadows' This Is England.
