Aulis, Fitzrovia
Aulis is an experimental workshop by day and an eight seater restaurant by night serving an ever evolving food and wine menu with a secret location.

Two Michelin starred chef Simon Rogan will make an early return to London this autumn when he opens what is probably the capital’s smallest restaurant, open only for dinner.
Aulis London will launch in an undisclosed but central location and seat just eight diners at a time, each paying £250 a head.
The restaurant is a standalone version of an experience offered at Fera at Claridges while Simon Rogan was chef there, as well as at his two Michelin starred flagship L’Enclume in Cumbria where Aulis acts as the development kitchen.
During the day, the space will act as an experimental hub for Simon’s upcoming venture Roganic, which is opening in Marylebone later this year.

The London offshoot promises a ‘dynamic and interactive dining experience' - do we read immersive? It will offer no advance menu with the food and matching wines simply selected by the chefs each service. Much of the produce will come from Rogan's Own Farm.
Given its size, guests will be given the option of booking either individual seats or the entire table.
Only after making a reservation will its location and exact timings be revealed to diners.
Along with Simon, the restaurant will be led by chef Rafael Cagali who has previously worked at the Fat Duck as well as Fera.
Rogan says: “I am really excited that Aulis will be returning to London and we’ve found the perfect spot for it. Aulis is an integral part of our operation in the Lake District and it will be no different in London.”
He adds: “With only eight seats, Aulis London can give our customers a really up close and personal insight into how we operate. We are going to have a lot of fun there.' We look forward to being thoroughly challenged.
