Located a stone's throw away from South Kensington, Restaurant Ours will be opening on the Brompton Road, at the previous site of The Collection. However, this is not simply a second instalment of the Story. Instead, Sellers has set out to tell his expectant guests a very different tale from its predecessor.
It's designed to impress, whether it's the three enormous trees shooting out of the floor and up into the space's ten-metre high ceiling. Serving a range of British craft ales by the integrated bar lurking in the trunks, and with some stunning views from the mezzanine, this is a place that's as concerned about its aesthetic as the food it serves.
Which, it should be noted, it's very serious about. Restaurant Ours’ contemporary European menu will be overseen by Sellers and his head chef Daniel Phippard, formerly of the acclaimed Ernik in Moscow. The food will not be the Michelin-winning fare of Story, but will instead be designed as an all-day experience; expect grilled meat, fish and oysters, with a twist that smacks of Sellers's restless and inquisitive spirit.
Sellers, who's still only 28, has stated his intention that this be the hottest launch of 2016. You wouldn't bet against him.
