The launch of the 30-piece collection - including womenswear, menswear and childrenswear - is due to arrive later this month to coincide with with the re-opening of Uniqlo's global flagship on 311 Oxford Street on March 18.
For Liberty, this vibrant, floral collection will arrive as the store celebrities its 140th anniversary. Given Uniqlo's reputation for manufacturing prowess and Liberty's for outstanding design, it looks to be a marriage made in heaven.
Speaking to Vogue, Yukihiro Katsuta, head of research at Uniqulo said: 'We have selected highly popular, vibrant floral patterns from among Liberty prints, adored throughout the world by people across generations and cultures, and brought them together with Uniqlo's cutting-edge sensibilities to be reborn as LifeWear.'
