Fortunate are the Londoners who want to escape into the glory of cinema without forgoing the warm, summer air. They’re spoiled for choice: many outdoor film screenings are being held in and around the capital city.
But Luna Cinema is a cut above the rest, providing picturesque venues for an eclectic selection of great movies. With their hi-tech screens and state-of-the-art sound, the ‘UK’s No.1 outdoor cinema experience’ promises a summer to remember.

Cinema locations
From
now until Sunday 24 September, Luna Cinema venues are sprinkled everywhere
around London. Towards the south: Clapham Common, Dulwich Park and Wandsworth
Park. In the west: Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace, Kew Gardens and Marble Hill. Up north: Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre. And
let’s not forget the venue built in the beating heart of London: Westminster
Abbey.
The most action is taking place over at Kew Gardens, where you can take your pick between daytime and evening screenings from Luna’s fantastic line-up of films at one of the world’s most stunning botanical gardens. Pick the perfect spot and soak in the atmosphere of these gorgeous gardens as your favourite films play on the big screen.
All venues have a slew of delicious food and drink options at the Luna Bar, providing an al fresco cinema experience. Emphasising the relaxed vibe, Luna states that there’s 'no ushering' nor 'hushing and shushing'. You’re free to sing and dance as much as kick back with a lovely ice cream. You can also upgrade your experience with blankets, backrests, and director's chair seating. Doors open at 7:45pm, and you can turn up early for an ideal picnic spot.
