Mike + Ollie

This eccentric freegan-style trader forages in the wastelands of London for food that he rumbles together into a delicious seasonal feast on delicious organic flatbreads. The menu changing monthly depending on what he can rustle up, and always has a line of food-hungry workers.
Oli Baba’s Hummus Elevator
Oli's one of KERB’s longest running and most hardworking vendors, knows all the tricks of the trade, and refers to himself as 'Middle eastern roamer, beard wearer, hummus maker.' Try his vegan Sababa box with za’atar dusted flatbread, warm, soft chickpeas, double fried garlic & rosemary polenta fries, parsley, organic olive oil, tahini and green chilli schug. Delicious.
The Beefsteaks
Selling sandwiches and steaks with a variety of delicious sauces - the concept is focused around bringing some of London’s best steaks to the street at a reasonable price. Previously named ‘Beef and Liberty’, wood-charcoal steak master Alex has experience with KERB vendors and only uses fresh ingredients for his sauces and triple cooked chips (yum). Try his Butchers Steak sandwich or Steak Frites for a local lunchtime treat.
Mama Wang’s

These hand-pulled noodles are loaded with cucumber, carrots, bean sprouts and shallot crunch – try them with Slow-Cooked Pork Belly or Slow-Roasted Cumin Lamb Shoulder.

Try their Kedgeree, apparently a traditional Victorian Anglo-Indian Breakfast, and their Devilled Pork Roll, inspired by a pre-Victorian recipe and made with slow-cooked, British, free range, rare-breed pork belly.
Hanoi KitchenYou’ll get serious phô mo for these carefully crafted Vietnamese dishes, transporting you to the streets of Hanoi with delicious fresh ingredients, and giving typical Vietnamese street food an innovative European twist. Their wraps are teeming with the flavours of the Seychelles, and the stall is lit up with fairy lights. Try their Authentic Octopus Coconut Curry and Halal Goat Curry all served with Safran Rice and papaya and carrot chutney, or fresh salad.
These are just a few example of the denizens of KERB: a fleet of wild and colourful street food vans, each with their own eccentric theme. Have a look at KERB's other venues and sample the best that these inspirational London vendors have to offer your tastebuds.
