Hollywood’s favourite dietary requirement is now very much on the menu in London. We’re still in the dark ages in terms of vegan culinary sophistication, however there is light at the end of the tunnel thanks to LA chef and guru Ali Parvinjah, who is bringing his chic take on rabbit food to The Montagu restaurant at The Churchill for a residency that will showcase veg like never before.
Dreamt up by one of LA’s finest health food chefs, the meat-free menu may just convince you it’s more than a fad. Dig in at The Montagu and expect dishes such as heirloom tomato salad, quinoa “polpette” (meatballs, unlikely-ly) with butterbeans and baby artichokes, and raw chocolate ice-cream with coconut whipped cream.
